Bridal Gowns

Made To Order Standard

  • Cancellation & Refunds:
    You are entitled to a refund within 7 days of placing your order for a Made To Order Standard wedding gown. As your gown is made according to a standard size specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    If you cancel your order between 8-30 days from your purchase date, a cancellation fee of $500 USD will apply. This fee covers administration, lace allocation, pre-production, and pattern preparation.
  • No Cancellations After 30 Days:
    After 30 days from the date of purchase, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Manufacturing Faults:
    In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Experience Team at admin@lave.group within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide updated measurements and clear images for our production team’s review before returning the gown.

Made To Order Customized

  • No Returns or Exchanges:
    Because your gown is made according to your chosen size range and height, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on customized gowns.
  • Measurements:
    Ensure all measurements are accurate prior to your lock-in date. We are not responsible for any alterations needed after this date.
  • Fit Concerns:
    If you have concerns regarding the fit of your customized gown, contact admin@lave.group within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Changes Before Lock-in Date:
    You may change your gown style or wedding date prior to the lock-in date. Any price differences must be paid. If the new gown is lower in price, the difference will be provided as a credit note. Additional priority fees may apply.
  • Cancellation Fees for Customized Gowns:
    • If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, a $300 USD cancellation fee applies.
    • If you cancel between 31 days and your lock-in date, a $500 USD cancellation fee applies. If your lock-in date occurs before these timeframes, that date stands as the final day you can cancel.
      Once your measurements are locked in, cancellations are no longer possible as the gown immediately enters production.
  • Priority Orders:
    For priority Made To Order Customized gowns, once your measurements are locked in, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be issued, as production starts immediately.

Ready To Wear

  • Exchanges & Credits:
    You may request an exchange or credit note within 7 days of receiving your Ready To Wear item.
  • Return Window:
    Once your return is approved, we must receive the item within 14 days if you are located in Ukraine, or 21 days if located elsewhere.
  • Condition of Returned Items:
    Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free from makeup marks or stains, and with all original tags attached.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from credits or applied to exchanged items prior to dispatch. Freight costs will be confirmed during return approval. LAVE Group will provide return shipping labels and documentation to ensure a seamless exchange process.
  • Manufacturing Faults:
    In the event of a manufacturing fault, please contact admin@lave.group.

Pre Order Gowns (Ready to Wear)

  • Exchanges & Credits:
    You may request an exchange or credit note within 7 days of receiving your Pre Order Ready to Wear gown.
  • Return Window:
    Once your return is approved, we must receive the item within 14 days if located in Ukraine or 21 days if located overseas.
  • Condition of Returned Items:
    Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of marks or stains, and with all original tags intact.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from credits or applied to exchanged items. Freight costs are confirmed at the time of return approval. LAVE Group will provide return labels and documents for a no-fuss exchange.
  • Manufacturing Faults:
    If a manufacturing fault is suspected, contact admin@lave.group.

Online Sale Items

  • Final Sale:
    All online sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.
  • Alterations & Repairs:
    Any alterations, cleaning, or repairs are at the customer’s expense.

Accessories

Including Veils, Shoes, Jewelry (Excluding Earrings)

  • Exchanges, Credits & Refunds:
    Exchanges, store credits, or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your accessory items (excluding earrings).
  • Stock Availability:
    Exchanges depend on the availability of stock. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from any credits or applied to exchanged items. Freight costs are confirmed at return approval. LAVE Group will provide shipping labels and documents.
  • Earrings:
    For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for pierced earrings due to change of mind.
  • Return Procedure:
    Contact our Customer Experience Team at admin@lave.group to arrange a return. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in Ukraine or 21 days if located overseas.
  • Manufacturing Faults:
    In the event of a manufacturing fault, please contact admin@lave.group.

Occasionwear

Including Bridesmaids Dresses and Grace Mini Collections

  • Exchanges, Credits & Refunds:
    Exchanges, store credits, or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition of Returns:
    Items must be returned in original condition—no makeup marks, stains, alterations, or washing, and with all tags intact.
  • Stock Availability & Shipping Costs:
    Exchanges depend on stock availability. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from credits or applied to exchanged items prior to dispatch. Freight costs are confirmed at return approval. LAVE Group will provide return labels and documents for a smooth process.
  • Return Procedure:
    Contact our Customer Experience Team at admin@lave.group. Once confirmed, items must be received within 14 days if located in Ukraine or 21 days if located overseas.
  • Manufacturing Faults:
    For any manufacturing faults, contact admin@lave.group.

Refunds

  • Quality Control:
    If you are eligible for a refund, your returned items will undergo a thorough quality control (QC) check. Exchanges, credits, and refunds are only provided after QC approval. If your item does not pass QC, we will contact you with your options. Items failing QC will not be replaced, repaired, or refunded and will be returned to you.
  • Major Manufacturing Faults:
    A refund is only offered in cases of major manufacturing faults, as determined by our Quality Control Manager. This decision is made after a detailed assessment.
  • Return Postage for Faulty Items:
    In cases of manufacturing faults, LAVE Group will reimburse return postage after reviewing the items. However, if you change your mind, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and postage associated with the new purchase.
  • Notification Window:
    LAVE Group reserves the right to refuse repair, replacement, or refund if you do not notify us of any faults or issues within 7 days of receiving your order, or if you do not return the item to our studio within 14 days if located in Ukraine or 21 days if located overseas.
