Shipping Methods

  • Complimentary Global Shipping:
    LAVE Group offers free worldwide express shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx for international orders and local Ukrainian couriers for domestic shipments.
  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Times

  • Within Ukraine:
    Orders within Ukraine are shipped via reliable local services and typically arrive within 1-4 business days depending on your location.
  • International Shipping:
    • Orders to Europe, North America, and most major cities worldwide are delivered within 3-14 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Estimated shipping times will be included in your order confirmation email.
  • Dispatch Timelines:
    • Made To Order Standard: Dispatched 5 months after the purchase date.
    • Made To Order Customized: Dispatched 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.
    • Priority Made To Order Customized: Dispatched 2-4 weeks before your wedding date.
    • Ready To Wear & Accessories: Dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of order.
    • Online Sale Items: Dispatched within 5-7 business days from the date of order.
  • Business Hours:
    Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delays Beyond Control:
    LAVE Group is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance, weather disruptions, or carrier-specific issues.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • Ukraine:
    All prices for orders within Ukraine include Value-Added Tax (VAT).
  • For International Orders:
    Import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated (e.g., some European countries include duties in the purchase price).
  • Delivery Duties Paid (DDP):
    For the following regions, the price shown at checkout includes all applicable duties and taxes. This means no additional charges will be incurred upon delivery:
    • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and more.
    • United Kingdom: Orders to the UK include duties and VAT in the purchase price.
    • Specific European Territories: Countries such as Switzerland, Norway, and Turkey also fall under DDP terms.
  • Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU):
    For other countries (e.g., the United States, Canada, and non-DDP countries), orders are shipped on a DDU basis. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required to release the shipment.
    • United States: Orders are subject to duties and taxes levied by U.S. customs, determined by the order’s value, category, and destination.
    • Other Regions: Fees depend on local customs authority rules. Contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable charges.

Refused or Abandoned Deliveries

  • If you refuse delivery of your order or fail to pay applicable customs duties and taxes, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by customs authorities.
  • Important Notes:
    • Costs associated with return shipping or abandonment will not be refunded.
    • LAVE Group is not liable for loss or damage resulting from abandoned deliveries.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No PO Boxes:
    LAVE Group does not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • Restricted Regions:
    Deliveries may not be available for certain remote areas or countries under international sanctions. If your shipping address falls within a restricted region, LAVE Group will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping Insurance:
    All orders are insured during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, contact our Customer Experience Team at shipping@lave.group immediately to file a claim.
  • Multiple Items:
    Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on availability. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
