These terms govern your relationship with LAVE Group and provide detailed information about ordering, cancellations, returns, exchanges, pricing, and liability. Made-to-Order Gowns
Custom and Standard Gowns
LAVE Group offers both standard and customized Made-to-Order wedding gowns. A Made-to-Order Customized gown is crafted according to size ranges rather than your precise measurements. You must provide accurate measurements at least six months before your wedding date, referred to as your “lock-in date,” even if measurements were taken during your initial consultation.
Standard Made-to-Order gowns are made to a default shoulder-to-floor height of 155 cm and are not customizable for height or proportions. Alterations may be necessary to achieve the perfect fit and are considered part of the bridal journey. These alterations will be at your own expense. LAVE Group is not responsible for adjustments unless the issue is a confirmed manufacturing fault.
Dispatch Timeframes
- Standard Made-to-Order gowns are dispatched approximately five months after the purchase date.
- Customized gowns are shipped 6–8 weeks before the wedding date.
- Priority Customized gowns are dispatched 2–4 weeks before the wedding date.
- Ready-to-Wear gowns are dispatched within 3–5 business days after purchase.
Once your gown enters production, cancellations and changes are no longer possible. Priority Customized gowns enter production immediately upon purchase, and no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
Order Cancellations
Standard Gowns
- Orders can be canceled within seven days of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 8–30 days incur a $500 USD fee to cover administrative costs and pre-production expenses.
- After 30 days, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstance, as the gown will already be in production.
Customized Gowns
- Cancellations within 30 days of purchase are subject to a $300 USD fee.
- Between 31 days and the lock-in date, cancellations incur a $500 USD fee.
- After the lock-in date, cancellations are no longer accepted, as production begins immediately.
Priority Customized Gowns
Due to their expedited nature, Priority Customized gowns cannot be canceled or refunded at any time after purchase.
Pricing and Payment
Currency and Duties
LAVE Group provides pricing in USD for most countries, with select currencies available for certain regions (e.g., EUR, GBP, AUD). Import duties and taxes may be applied in your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are your responsibility unless otherwise specified. Orders to regions like Europe and the UK may include taxes and duties in the checkout price, noted as Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). For other locations, shipments are classified as Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), and all associated costs must be paid before customs release.
Payment Methods
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal for all transactions. Additional payment plans, such as ZIP or LatitudePay, may be available in select regions. Any international transaction fees imposed by your bank are your responsibility. Contact your financial institution for details.
Returns and Exchanges
Ready-to-Wear and Pre-Order Gowns
Ready-to-Wear and Pre-Order gowns are eligible for an exchange or credit note within seven days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, along with any customs or additional fees incurred during the process.
Made-to-Order Gowns
Due to their bespoke nature, Made-to-Order gowns (both Standard and Customized) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you have concerns about the fit of your gown upon receipt, contact our Customer Experience Team within seven days for assessment. Alterations to ensure a proper fit are expected and are your responsibility.
Manufacturing Faults
If a manufacturing fault is suspected, notify us within seven days of receiving your item. Provide updated measurements and clear photographs to facilitate our investigation. If a fault is confirmed, LAVE Group will arrange for repairs, replacements, or refunds at no additional cost, including reimbursement for return shipping.
Online Sale Items
All sales on discounted items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted for these products. Alterations, cleaning, and repairs are the customer’s responsibility.
Liability
LAVE Group and its affiliates will not be held liable for indirect losses, including loss of income, profits, contracts, or goodwill, resulting from the use of this website or the products sold on it. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law.
Delivery and Shipping
We provide complimentary express shipping globally using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Ukraine: Delivery takes 1–4 business days via local courier services.
- International Orders: Delivery takes 3–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing times.
Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. LAVE Group is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
Alterations
Alterations are a common part of the bridal experience and may be necessary to achieve the desired fit. While LAVE Group provides guidelines and advice, we do not offer in-house alteration services. Alteration costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing faults.
If your measurements change after the lock-in date, you will be responsible for any necessary alterations or adjustments. LAVE Group is not liable for costs or outcomes associated with third-party seamstresses.
Legal Compliance
LAVE Group complies with privacy and consumer protection laws applicable in Ukraine, the EU (GDPR), and other regions where our products are available. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and affirm that your use of our website complies with your local laws.
Amendments
LAVE Group reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
